Sulyap collects only the information necessary to provide the service. When you create an event, we store the event name, date, and your account identifier. When guests join an event, we store a temporary session identifier. Photos taken through Sulyap are stored securely and associated with the event.
We do not collect location data, contact lists, browsing history, or any information from your device unrelated to the Sulyap service.
Event data and photos are used solely to provide the Sulyap service: displaying galleries to event participants, managing event settings, and delivering notifications about gallery reveals. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard cloud storage with strict access controls.
You retain full ownership of every photo you take through Sulyap. By using Sulyap, you grant us a limited license to store and display your photos solely within the context of the event gallery. We do not claim any ownership over your content, and we will never use your photos for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
Event hosts control when galleries are revealed and may delete events and associated photos at any time.
Photos and event data are retained for as long as the event host maintains the event. Hosts may delete events and all associated photos at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy policy via email or through the Sulyap app. Continued use of Sulyap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
