By accessing or using Sulyap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Sulyap is operated by Sulyap Labs and is designed for personal, non-commercial use in capturing and sharing event photography.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sulyap. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may sign up using Apple, Google, or Facebook authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for all photos and content you upload to Sulyap. You agree not to upload content that:
Sulyap reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Sulyap offers event creation on a per-event credit basis. Credits are purchased through in-app payments processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All payments are subject to the terms of the applicable app store.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the app store through which the purchase was made. Sulyap does not process refunds directly. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase if unused.
Sulyap is an offline-first application. Core functionality (photo capture, local storage) works without an internet connection. Upload, gallery reveal, and notifications require connectivity. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Sulyap name, logo, brand, and software (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Sulyap Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. You retain full ownership of your photos and content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sulyap Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Sulyap at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Event hosts should download any desired photos before deleting an event.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Sulyap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
